How long does it take to receive my photos?

The delivery time for printed products, albums, wall art, or enlargements is 5 business days.
Edited and retouched digital images are delivered in approximately 10 days.

Do you provide a makeup artist?

Yes! Makeup and hairstyling services are available for all our sessions. If your chosen package doesn’t include it, you can add it as an extra.

Do you provide dresses for the photoshoots?

Yes! We include dresses for quinceañera sessions and for moms-to-be in their maternity portraits.

How does a studio photo session work?

When you arrive at our studio, we’ll take the time needed to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
We work without rushing to capture the best results.
It’s important to arrive on time for your scheduled session.
If your session does not include makeup, please arrive fully prepared and ready for your photos.

Do you offer outdoor photo sessions?

Yes! We offer outdoor photography services for families, maternity, quinceañeras, couples, and weddings.
If you don’t have a preferred location, we can suggest beautiful spots perfect for your session.

Can I bring my pet to the studio?

Yes! Pets are welcome in our studio. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your furry friend in the best way possible.

What should I wear for my photo session?

We recommend solid colors and avoiding busy patterns. For family sessions, coordinating outfits (but not identical) create a harmonious look. If you need guidance, we can help you choose the best wardrobe for your session.

How do I book a session?

Booking is simple! You can contact us directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone to schedule your session. A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel your session, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the preparation and time reserved for your session.
