After Your Session & Delivery – Frequently Asked Questions

After your session, we will send you a proof gallery containing all the images captured during your photoshoot. From this gallery, you will be able to select the images you like the most. Once your final selection is made, we begin the professional editing and retouching process.

Selecting your final images is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Tap SELECT in the top right corner of your gallery.
  2. Choose “Flag photos for photographer.”
  3. Tap the small flag icon on each photo you would like us to edit.
  4. Once you’re done, tap “Review Before Sending.”
  5. Confirm by tapping “Send to Photographer.”

That’s it! ✅

Your selected images will be sent directly to our studio for professional editing.

We’ll notify you as soon as your photos are ready.

If you need any help during the process, our team is always happy to assist you.

Once your final image selection is completed, the editing and retouching process takes up to 10 days.

Physical products such as albums, prints, acrylics, and wall art are delivered within approximately 5 business days after the final order is placed.

If your package includes an album or photo book, our team will create a design proposal and send it to you for review.
Before production begins, you will need to:

  • Approve the final album design
  • Select the cover material
  • Choose the text engraving for the album or photo book cover, when applicable

Production starts only after your approval.

Yes. Our team will assist you throughout the entire process via chat, helping you with image selection, album design decisions, and any adjustments needed.

Yes. After your session, you may purchase additional digital images beyond those included in your original package.

While we strive to maintain fast turnaround times, delivery schedules may vary during peak seasons or depending on the complexity of the order.
